Our company, ZÁÉV Construction Ltd., is one of the country’s dominant building and construction companies which has been shaping our environment and everyday lives for over seventy years with its high-quality performance.

Our main profile is high building and general construction, but our scope of activity covers other construction works like renovation of historic buildings and the implementation of renewable energy as well.

Our area of operation is primarily focused on Transdanubia and the central region, but we also have a significant reference port-folio in the eastern region. The headquarters of ZÁÉV Ltd. are located in Zalaegerszeg, and we also operate regional offices in Budaörs, Kaposvár and Pécs.

We have completed more than 2,000 buildings over the past 72 years.

Together with its subsidiaries, ZÁÉV Ltd. employs more than 400 people. We are proud of our employees, who with their high level of knowledge, implement the tasks undertaken by our Company as a real team in order to meet the need of our Customers. 
Recognition of our quality work is the more than 80 professional awards given by various professional organizations.
In order to continuously improve our activities and strengthen the trust of our Customers, we pay special attention to the training of our specialists, we continuously take care of the development of our organization and our integrated quality management system which is audited year by year with accredited organizations.
In the recent period, ZÁÉV Ltd. has been able to fulfil more and more orders to a high degree due to its quality of work and good market reputation, so the annual turnover continuously exceeds HUF 50 billion.

Integrated policy

The primary aim of ZÁÉV Ltd. is to continuously and fully satisfy the needs of the Customers and the expectations of other interested parties during its construction projects, as well as the legal, regulatory, and other requirements, by reducing adverse environmental effects, hazards and by avoiding injuries and health damage at work.
ZÁÉV Ltd. introduced a quality assurance system according to the MSZ EN ISO 9002: 1994 standard from January 1996, which is always further developed, currently MSZ EN ISO 9001: 2015, AQAP 2110: 2016, MSZ EN ISO 14001: 2015, and operates an Integrated Organizational Management System in accordance with the MSZ EN ISO 45001: 2018 standards
In order to achieve the above stated goals:     

  • All employees of the company are responsible for the efficient operation and development of the Integrated Organizational Management System, as well as for the responsible work focused on quality, environment and safety, and for providing the best performance.
  • We determine our risks and opportunities in proportion to our activities.
  • We employ people who are appropriately trained, experienced, and identified with the policies of the management system, and participate in regular training courses.
  • We comply with the requirements of the general, environmental, occupational health and safety legislation applicable to us, defined by the standards and our organization. We review our compliance regularly.
  • We consider it important to work in good relations and close cooperation with our partners and the authorities.
  • We take care to protect the environment and people, and strive to minimize risk and prevent injury, health damages, environmental pollution and emergencies.
  • We share the results of risk assessments with our employees related to their jobs and activities, as well as the requirements for safe work that does not endanger health and the environment.
  • We consider the views of employees and their representatives, for which we conduct surveys and provide consultation opportunities.
  • We consider it our task to gradually improve the specific consumption of materials and energy, to provide waste recycling opportunities, and to reduce the amount of hazardous waste.
  • During the work performed for MVM PA Ltd., we comply with the necessary power plant regulations and the provisions of the Nuclear Safety Regulations and Directives.
  • We expect and require our entrepreneurs involved in our activities to follow the quality, environmental, occupational health and safety requirements, and to comply with the regulations.
  • As a dual training place, we undertake, in cooperation with the vocational school, the quality practical education of future construction students.
